My daughter-in-law not only loves to cook, but also has written cookbooks and edits cooking magazines. I bought this for her when she moved to Aurora, CO, and she loves it. Texts me photos of the things she makes from it.
I expected a book which explains the science & art of high altitude cooking but it's nothing but a book of old recipes that don't look any different that any other cookbook. It's really of no use in my kitchen.
